Online Training — Same Instructors, No Travel
The biggest barrier to training has never been the price — it is the travel. Online delivery removes it: the same certified instructors, the same hands-on exercises and the same PDUs, without leaving your desk.
How our online courses work
Live instruction
Sessions are led in real time by the same PMP-certified instructors who teach our classroom courses — with full two-way discussion, not pre-recorded lectures.
Hands-on exercises
Every two-hour block includes at least 30 minutes of topical activity, exactly as in our classroom courses. You practice on the tools you will actually use.
Same materials
You receive the same course presentation and the same latest-edition reference books shipped for the relevant courses.
PMI PDUs
Online participants earn the same Professional Development Units as classroom attendees, with tracking provided.
What works well online
Almost every course in the catalog can be delivered online, from one-day intensives like Earned Value Project Management to the three-day PMP Exam Preparation program. Online sessions work especially well for:
- Distributed teams that can't gather in one office
- One- and two-day focused courses
- Follow-up coaching after an on-site session
- Individuals preparing for the PMP exam
Multi-day lab courses such as Project Management & Systems Architecture are best taken on-site — contact us and we will recommend the right format for your course and team.
Online rates
Online courses use the same per-student pricing as public sessions — for example, a one-day course is $430 and a two-day course $590 (see the catalog for every course). There are no travel, hotel or per-diem costs on either side.
